WELCOME TO TICKETS-BY-MAIL If you have already placed your order with us, please read the following carefully: We process all orders through the month of May. Tickets will be sent out throughout this time period. If we are ABLE to fulfill some or all of the tickets that you requested, your tickets will be sent by 2-DAY FEDERAL EXPRESS or INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY FDERAL EXPRESS to the shipping address provided. A signature will be required to receive your shipment. If you are not at the address to receive your shipment, Federal Express often leaves a form at your door explaining how to reschedule delivery or a pickup at their offices as necessary. If we are UNABLE to fulfill any of the tickets that you requested, OR if there is a problem with the credit card number or billing information that you provided, you will receive an email from Tickets-by-Mail alerting you that your order will not be fulfilled. If there are problems with your order when it arrives, or if you receive neither tickets nor an email from us, you can reach Tickets-by-Mail Customer Service by sending an email to tickets@phish.com or by calling (802) 865-6959 between 10 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday beginning May 29 and no later than 10 days before the show in question. If sending an email, please include your full name and your ORDER NUMBER. Please note: The charge on your credit card statement will be charged to 'FLYNN THEATRE BOX OFC BURLINGTON, VT'.
